Fitness training over Skype. Access your personal trainer while on-the-go with Skype live video calling on your mobile device. Each Skype live fitness session varies depending on the client and their goals, fitness status etc. However, typically a Skype fitness session will start with a warm up for about 5 minutes with me demonstrating the exercises and warming up with the client.
Skype Personal Training sessions give you the same interaction via Skype that you would have personally at the park, gym, or in the comfort of your home.
If you have equipment that you can incorporate into your training that’s great, but don’t worry if you don’t because most of my workouts are geared towards body weight and functional training using minimal equipment.
